This past weekend, we threw a bridal shower for my sister Katie.
Instead of cake, we once again tried the cake pops - and I'm so very excited how they turned out!
I had lots of questions on how to make them! So many different ways people have tried. Mine is pretty easy.
First, I bought the cake pop oven. It's like a waffle maker, but makes cake balls, or little doughnut holes.
So I bought some cake batter mix and got to work baking. Once those cooled (and shipped from Orlando to Chicago in my suitcase) we dipped them in melted chocolate, decorated with sprinkles then popped them into the fridge!
And there's the bride-to-be with her cake pop display!
